1. First part while learning swimming is that one shouldn't be afraid of water, so for removing this fear one should try a drill i.e. Holding breath and leaving whole body to sink, this drill can help you gaining confidence while swimming.
2. When one is friendly with water then he can start earning swimming, second drill is KICKING, for kicking one should place his/her hand straight and start kicking on water with head lying down into water. this helps you to learn swimming easily.
3. when one is good at kicking , second step is breathing, breathing is the most difficult part for swimming, in this step one should do same drill like Kicking but slowly pull his/her hand and while pulling it it out one's head should look backward at this very moment he/she should breathe. One should do this drill very often for making it perfect because it is most difficult and important part of swimming.
4. When one is perfect on breathing then he/should try to swim full stroke, with both hands pulling water, breathing, kicking.
5. Important part is they make lots of mistake like Seeing forward while swimming which is wrong one should look downwards while swimming, the often look forward while breathing but they should look behind while breathing.
